I have been with Sapient for a quite long time for now. Before joining Sapient, I was a bit confused because I was from a product-based organization, and Sapient is a service-based. We all are skeptical about moving to a new place and try anything new in life as well. So I can completely understand and relate with you and how you must have felt initially. I too had the same feeling but over the years, it has been a no less than an incredible journey with sapient. Yes, sapient’s driving force is to ensure that clients and their requirements are well taken care of, but not at the cost of their own employees to suffer. Sapient makes sure that quality output is generated without rigorous poking and constant pressurizing the people. It leaves you in an open environment and lets you finish the task as per your own comfort. That way, the efficiency increases and the quality is also improved. Sapient completely backs creativity and creative people. It’s one of its core strength as creative people bring in new ideas and innovations of doing a task. It breaks the monotony from time to time and keeps people hooked onto things. Sapient also focuses a lot on your individual growth and constantly pushes you to challenge and upskill yourself through internal trainings and learning sessions. ReplyDeleteCOVID-19 has terribly hit us all in different ways. It has definitely had an impact on us and everyone is just waiting for all of it to get over. In these times, the organization has not only taken care of us workwise, but also thought about keeping us involved with various other things so that our minds remain occupied and negative thoughts don’t cross by. For that, they have various entertainment sessions for us. Also Publicis Sapient has proved to be extremely beneficial in terms of pushing its employees to acquire knowledge about things they didn’t know earlier. Many training sessions and workshops are being organized on a regular basis to continue the learning process and to utilize this time in the most positive and efficient manner.

Not only that but one important thing that I would like to mention, during this hard time also the company has looked for their employee, there has been no layoff and no salary deduction. In the market on one hand where we are experiencing many companies laying off people to manage the funds and costs then there is Sapient who is providing timely salaries.
