Most of the projects handled by Sapient offer impressive levels of exposure and learning opportunities to its employees. Most, if not all of the projects revolve around the latest concepts and technologies that are yet to be launched in the market – meaning you will be using it first even before the TA does!
Now coming to the work culture –
Sapient follows a cubicle-free layout in all of its offices – at least that is what I see in my branch! This allows you to:
Freely communicate with your colleagues
Make new connections
Seek out help from your seniors or work-friends in case you are stuck with something
Sharpen your teamwork/leadership skills especially when complicated projects are handed out and so on!
